Built in 1049 during the reign of Emperor Lý Thái Tông, the pagoda is famous for its unique architecture, featuring a single stone pillar rising from the center of a lotus pond. The design is said to be inspired by a dream of the Emperor, and the pagoda holds cultural and religious significance for the Vietnamese people.
